FamySafe is an app created for family support, care and connection, allowing family members to share location information in a transparent, consented and controlled manner.

FamySafe does not encourage excessive surveillance behavior, abusive control or misuse of technology.

FamySafe does not recommend the use of cell phones by children under 12 years old.

When the app is used to accompany children or teenagers, it is understood that:

• the device belongs to or is under the responsibility of an adult;
• use occurs with the knowledge and consent of legal guardians.

FamySafe is not responsible for inappropriate use of the app on cell phones, nor for use outside the guidelines of care and responsibility.
